I completely understand that you would rather be doing a thousand other things, rather than searching for a family law attorney. Call me now at 610 256 4843. Let’s have a brief conversation about your situation. My focus is on you. I can’t help you if you do not contact me. If I can’t help you, perhaps I can point you in the right direction.
My law practice exists to solve problems and advocate for my clients. It is that simple. If you want more of my background, read on.
I have been described as a passionate, relentless, detail oriented, pragmatic, creative, caring, and results driven family law attorney with an MBA degree and extensive business and negotiation experience. My Pennsylvania and New Jersey law practice focuses on sophisticated family law matters including, but not limited to, divorce, equitable distribution of marital assets, child custody, child custody
modification, grandparents visitation rights, child custody issues when a parent has a criminal background, child support, spousal support, child relocation, school choice issues, international travel and passport issues of minor children, drafting and enforcing marital settlement agreements, the collaborative divorce process, binding arbitration, divorce mediation, litigating family law issues in state courts, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, interpretation, enforcement and defense of marital settlement agreements and equitable distribution orders, protection from abuse matters, family law related contempt petitions, pretrial motion practice, and appellate advocacy in family law matters.
One fact that makes me unique is that unlike some other lawyers and law firms, which may accept hundreds of varied legal cases at any given time, I only accept specific family law clients and referrals, so as to devote enormous attention to each matter, with a laser-like focus on detail, preparation, analysis, negotiation, motion practice, and trial preparation all while keeping my clients informed and updated.
Another fact that makes my law practice unique is that unlike some other family law attorneys, I DO NOT hand your legal matter off to an associate or junior attorney. If we decide to work together on your family law matter, I will be handling all legal aspects of your family law matter.
So many lawyer website biography pages focus on irrelevant facts. In case you didn’t know, there is zero correlation between where someone attended college or law school, and their ability to zealously represent you, and help you to obtain the best possible result in your family law matter. For example, I was the President of my law school class. That fact will not matter at all in your family law matter.
You want smart, focused, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and respected legal counsel who listens, understands your situation, understands your goals, and knows how to get things done. In family law matters, it is almost always best to leave any added drama and irrelevant facts to the inexperienced, and the uninitiated. Trust me on this.
With that out of the way, if you still want to read about my education, experience, interests, and pursuits, please read on.
I am from New York City. I graduated with honors from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. I hold both an MBA degree and a law degree from Temple University, in Philadelphia, PA. I have been a member of the Montgomery Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association since 2001. I am licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I currently serve on the Child Custody Subcommittee and the Friend of the Court Subcommittee of the Montgomery Bar Association. I have served as an arbitrator for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas since 2001. When I am not zealously advocating for my clients, you will probably find me volunteering for a non-profit, or battling for my ice hockey team.
